![]() First I had to get out of the bed in a timely fashion, that was the hardest part, then I'd feel extreme fatigue and some light nausea quite often as i drove to the location and had trouble keep my eyes open at first until finally I got going. Exercise does help me a lot but it would often take almost otherwordly determination to drag myself into doing it sometimes. For exercise, what i found was that i'd feel like I was going to keel over for the first 15 minutes but if I could survive through that, then I'd feel much better once i got going. Now with daytime sleepiness under better control, I find I feel a lot more 'fit' as well, rarely do I have that super heavy arms and legs feeling much anymore and I don't cling to the rails going up and down on the stairs and take them quickly now, even though my exercise levels are about the same. And lack of fitness should not come and go within a matter of hours, that's not logical. And i do exercise a few times a week so one flight of stairs should not be a prob. ![]() I was tempted to think I was just really out of shape except a few hours later, I might go up the same stairs no problem. It was had to walk up stairs, it was like I had totally over worked my muscles and they had no life left except I had done no such thing. My symptoms are under better control now but i used to have lots of times when I felt extremely weak like my arms and legs were noodles.
